Run with the Boys in Altitude

Today I ran with my nephews in Utah. They're age 9 and age 7, and they haven't run very much.

I was running at 4000 feet above sea level (as compared with 400 normally), but the run went great.

Most of all, I was so proud of them both, as they kept right up with me the entire time - both averaging 13'33" miles. FANTASTIC.

I am inspired and amazed by them.

I loved that I was able to run alongside them every step of the way without getting fatigued.

I sure love those kiddos.
